Affiliate Program
Local Foodies Affiliate Program
Bring the local food businesses you already champion onto Local Foodies — and earn commission when one you refer joins a paid plan.
Built for Foodie Gurus, creators and community partners who want independent restaurants, markets and caterers to be found.
- First-party attribution
- No third-party ad trackers
- Transparent program rules
- Local-business focused
- Clean-link fallback
How it works
Step 1
Apply and get approved
One affiliate account per person. Every application is reviewed by a real person.
Step 2
Share your referral link
Add ?ref=YOURCODE to any approved Local Foodies page and share it in your own words.
Step 3
We track the referral
Signup and business claim are attributed first-party only — no third-party ad trackers.
Step 4
Eligible commission is created
Only from verified billing data once the referred business starts paying, held through the refund window.
Who it’s for
Foodie Gurus
Approved Local Foodies creators who already champion independent food businesses.
Local creators
Food writers, photographers and social creators with a real local audience.
Community partners
BIAs, markets, associations and organisers who work with local operators every day.
Local media & publishers
Food-focused newsletters, blogs and regional publications covering the local scene.
The rules that protect everyone
- No self-referrals, and no referring businesses you own or manage.
- No paid search bidding on Local Foodies brand terms.
- No spam, no misleading claims, no fake accounts or bulk signups.
- Disclose the relationship in your content — for example: "I may earn a commission if a business joins Local Foodies through my link."
- Commissions are reversed on refunds, chargebacks or cancellations inside the hold window.
